69 Park Lane – Highly Commended – Project of the Year, Sustainability UK

Patrick Ryan Associates are extremely proud to have been Highly Commended for their work on 69 Park Lane, Croydon, in the category Project of the Year – Sustainability UK. We were pleased to have worked alongside Commercial Estates Group and contractor Structura on this project, which was judged on the fabric performance and innovative approaches to the environmental design, whilst promoting health and wellbeing to all of its occupants.

Our team enjoyed an evening of reward, recognition and celebration and we were also proud to be sponsoring the Project of the Year, New Build UK category. Congratulations to all of the winners.
