New HQ and Laboratories for Raymarine, London

Patrick Ryan Associates were commissioned on behalf of Raymarine to carry out monitoring of the construction of curtain wall facades to the office building and the construction of the R&D building shown below.

Our monitoring included on-site testing, attendance at project meetings and finding engineering solutions to the various problems which presented themselves during the construction of this prestigious headquarters complex.

The headquarters office building of 96,000 sq.ft. along with an R&D unit of 35,000 sq.ft make this one of the largest developments in the area.
