Patrick Ryan Associates celebrates 25 years in business.

In 1998 I took the opportunity to launch Patrick Ryan Associates, an engineering consultancy practice, wholly focussed on façade, technology. It’s interesting to note that 1998 was the year that saw the official launch of Google, the signing of the Good Friday Agreement and the foundation of the European Central Bank. We’ve come a long way since then, and this month, we celebrate 25 years of continuous business. Through these years, there have been significant changes both globally and locally within the façade industry. 

The façade industry has moved in directions we might not have predicted back in 1998. The impact of C02 emissions on our environment, the challenge to meet net zero targets and the fire safety of high-rise buildings have all impacted the way in which we design and engineer the facades of buildings. Here at Patrick Ryan Associates, we continue to embrace these challenges with our team of experienced and dedicated professionals. I enjoy working with this team and I feel very privileged to be here 25 years later, engaged in a wide range of exciting projects with professional colleagues and valued clients. Long may this continue!
