St. Regis London, The Westbury – Hotel in Mayfair - Façade Design & Consultancy

Patrick Ryan Associates are delighted to be involved in the ongoing project to redevelop the former Westbury Mayfair Hotel, London which was originally built in 1955.
We are pleased to announce that the pack 2 package, comprising the window installation, has been implemented on site and our Associate, Anri Doda, has carried out the first site visit.
PRA, having been appointed since the PCSA stage and alongside our client, Sir Robert McAlpine, are advising the architects Morrisons Design on the façade elements of the development as well as reviewing the various sub-contractors’ drawings and calculations. The new façade elements consist of multiple packages including a new curtain wall system, Portland stone, a brick slip rainscreen cladding, and a zinc cladding system.
This extensive multi-million redevelopment will provide the hotel with 196 elegant rooms and suites. The transformation will also include the addition of an eighth floor, an extension to the rear of the hotel, and an enhancement of the façade and public areas of the building.
Our team are very proud to be involved in this project and are looking forward to seeing the 5-star luxury hotel open to the public in the near future.
