30-33 Sloane Street, London

We are working with our client Galliford Try for Cadogan, on the refurbishment and redevelopment of 30–33 Sloane Street, located in one of the world’s most exclusive and luxurious shopping destinations in London’s Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The focus of this project, designed by Studio PDP, is to enhance the architectural character of the conservation area, reduce the buildings’ long-term environmental impact and achieve the highest possible standards of sustainable design and construction, in line with net zero carbon targets.

PRA are reviewing the architect’s construction intent drawings at RIBA stage 4, preparing 2D and 3D thermal analysis and providing advice on the façade specifications.
At Stage 5 we will be advising with regards to the proposed testing regime for the external façade treatments and attending façade design workshops. We will also be carrying out subcontractor monitoring inspections during the construction phase.
This redevelopment will provide a mixed-use space which integrates beautifully into the local area.
