77 Coleman Street - City of London

Situated in the heart of the City of London, 77 Coleman Street has undergone a transformative £27 million refurbishment and extension to this 1980’s-built structure, culminating in a dynamic mixed-use development.

Patrick Ryan Associates played a pivotal role in the project's success, providing comprehensive façade consultancy services. Our expertise ensured meticulous project monitoring of the façade during the build and regular site visits included inspection of the installation of the curtain walls, windows, brickwork, and stone cladding.

The project, designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman and developed by Kajima, was redeveloped with sustainability in mind and completed in 2020, achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating. The building has also gone on to win the OAS Development - City of London Refurbishment of the Year Award in 2022.

The building now offers a new generation of occupants a fantastic mixed-use space and we are very proud to have played a part in this refurbishment project.
