Apsley House, Glasgow

On this office development project we were commissioned by the developer to work alongside the architect and the contractor providing a full facade engineering design service from facade concept right through to completion of construction.

We provided input to the detailed design, choice of systems and materials, structural engineering and connection of unitised panels to the building. We also carried out technical monitoring of the contractor's works, checking that it was in accordance with specification, drawings and to acceptable standards of quality.

The development was purchased even before completion of construction and is now a landmark building in Glasgow's business district with high quality tenants.
