Clarendon Centre Regeneration Project - Oxford

Clarendon Project

We are very pleased to announce that Patrick Ryan Associates have been appointed as the façade consultants for the first phase of the Clarendon Quarter regeneration project in the centre of Oxford. The proposals include a partial demolition of the existing shopping centre and transformation into a new 226,547 sq ft mixed-use scheme comprising R&D laboratories, Grade A office space, as well as shops and restaurants.

Together with our client, Galliford Try, the PRA team are advising the architects, Marchini Curran Associates and Lothbury Investment Management on the design gaps and risks that will feed into the contract during the initial PCSA stage. The façades include a curtain wall system with stone fins, stone cladding, zinc cladding and a green wall. The experience we have here at PRA will benefit this project through the various RIBA Stages 4 & 5, until completion of the project.
