College Road, adds another striking addition to the quickly developing skyline around East Croydon Station and within the regeneration of Croydon’s FairField.

Working alongside Century Facades, our structural engineering team have continued to develop the sub-structure we pioneered for earlier vision modular projects such as Apex House, 100a George Street and Mapleton Crescent. We also produced structural calculations for the complete façade.

The design created by HTA Design LLP, proposes that the tallest elements of the tower block will be 150m tall, 15m taller than its neighbour and current record holder, 100a George Street, Croydon. An impressive record for Croydon, being able to boast that they have the two tallest modular buildings in the world in their city. We are delighted and proud to have been involved in both of these record breaking projects.
