Completion of Moore House Project

We are delighted to see the completion of Moore House, the second block we have been working on within the prestigious Grosvenor Waterside development, located in the heart of Belgravia, London.

Patrick Ryan Associates have been involved in RIBA stages 3 to 5 since 2021, with the recladding of the two main buildings, Caro Point, which completed in November 2023 and Moore House. 

We have been working closely with a highly professional team including Carter Jonas & DMWR architects to fully design the façade elements of the fire remediation scheme.
