First site visit at 30-33 Sloane Street
A sunny day on-site at 30–33 Sloane Street, where Anri Doda is carrying out the first RIBA Stage 5 visit, including a general inspection of the façade elements.
It’s fantastic to see the refurbishment of this beautiful 1920s building taking shape in the heart of Sloane Street, one of the world’s most prestigious shopping destinations, located in London’s Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Working with our client, Galliford Try, on behalf of Cadogan, we’re helping to deliver Studio PDP’s vision for the building. The project aims to enhance the architectural character of the conservation area while reducing the building’s long-term environmental impact.
Sustainability is central to the scheme, with the team striving for the highest standards of design and construction in line with net-zero carbon targets.
We’re excited to see this landmark project continue to progress.
