Patrick Ryan Associates are nearing the end of their involvement in the façade design and structural engineering of new student accommodation, The Stay Club, Hanger Lane, London W5.

PRA have provided detailed concept drawings and structural calculations for the façade system and have also provided designs for the signage fixings to the façade.

Now available for students to book, and located right next to Hanger Lane tube station, this modern luxury accommodation offers over 650 self-contained studios providing independent living with access to multiple London Universities.

Associated amenities include classrooms, study areas, social spaces, a gym, and new public square as well as retail and leisure facilities to be used by both students and the local community. This project also provided opportunities to regenerate under-utilised land helping to revitalise and enhance the local area.

Our extensive experience on similar schemes such as 101 George and College Road, both located in Croydon, has brought expertise we have been able to share with our client, Designated Contractors Ltd.
