John Neale joins PRA team as Project Director

We are pleased to announce that John Neale is joining Patrick Ryan Associates as Project Director. John will continue with his Senior Director role with DMWR Architects and will be joining PRA on a part-time consultancy basis.

As well as being a leading Architect with 38 years’ experience, he is also a Compliance Inspector as part of the Government’s Building Safety Act, helping to improve competence levels and accountability in the sector.

In addition, John has recently passed the RIBA Principal Designer Accreditation Course, and is now included on the RIBA Principal Designer Register, bolstering his competencies within the PD BSA role in helping to ensure building regulations compliance in both Non HRB’s and HRB’s.

John will bring a wealth of industry knowledge, design and façade remediation experience to our team and we are looking forward together on a number of key projects going forward.
