John Neale

BA (Hons) DipArch ARB RIBA – Project Director

John is a leading Architect with over 38 years’ experience working at DMWR Architects where he is a Senior Director. As Project Director for Patrick Ryan Associates, John works across a wide range of projects, both new build and remediation, bringing with him a vast wealth of experience and expertise.

As well as being a qualified Architect, John has passed the RIBA Principal Designer Accreditation course and is included on the Principal Designer Register, bolstering his competencies within the PD BSA role. John is also a Compliance Inspector as part of the Government’s Building Safety Act, helping to improve competence levels and accountability in the sector.

When he does have a spare moment, John enjoys walking.
