Ladderswood Estate Phase 4 Regeneration Project

Patrick Ryan Associates have been appointed as the façade consultants for RIBA stage 5 on the Ladderswood Estate Phase 4 project in Enfield, London.

This major regeneration development features a combination of social housing, shared ownership and privately owned properties as well as 6 commercial units, an 85-bedroom hotel, and a new community centre.

PRA are working closely with the main developer (our client), Mullaley to fully design the façade elements of the development as well as providing structural engineering and thermal calculations. The façade elements consist of Terracotta cladding, Render EWS, Aluminium rainscreen cladding and a traditional brickwork.

Our team are very proud to be involved in this project which will transform this estate into a modern, sustainable, and flexible space where occupiers and residents can work and live in a contemporary environment.
