New Façade Remediation services - now available

Patrick Ryan Associates are further strengthening their design capabilities and now offer several additional services for your next HRB remediation scheme. Our experienced Project Director John Neale will act as the Principal Designer on the remediation schemes where PRA are appointed as the lead designer.

We can also offer the role of Project Coordination which sits within our wider façade remediation design team and includes managing the day-to-day operations of projects, establishing effective communications for our clients, and ensuring that the design and remediation work aligns with project goals.

On projects where Patrick Ryan Associates are not involved as the Façade Consultant, we are able to offer our clients the role of Compliance Inspector, undertaking design and delivery inspections of a construction project at key milestone points.

This service will be led by John Neale, with support from Patrick Ryan and Anri Doda who,  as qualified professionals, all meet the stringent criteria set by MHCLG.

Having been appointed by the UK Government as a Compliance Inspector in October 2023, John has now completed a number of these projects and is currently working on several others across the UK.
