Patrick Ryan

Patrick is a façade engineering consultant with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. He launched Patrick Ryan Associates over 25 years ago, after starting and running the façade consultancy within a multi disciplined consultancy practice for 10 years.

Patrick has successfully carried out façade engineering consultancy and design on several iconic buildings including the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, the Jumeira Beach Hotel and two of the tallest modular buildings in the world, 10 Degrees and College Road, situated in Croydon, London.

Patrick has a passion for good façade design which fulfils all the needs of the building and most importantly complies with a moving landscape of legislation and regulation. He regularly speaks at conferences and seminars and has served as a director of CWCT.

In his spare time Patrick enjoys cycling, making music and photography.
