Power Road Studio 5 Completes

Patrick Ryan Associates are pleased to see the completion of Power Road Sudio 5. We have been involved with our client, Barr Gazetas, on the façade design which has been awarded BREEAM Outstanding for its design stage. 

PRA were appointed on this project in 2017, since the early stages of RIBA stage 3, for the façade consultancy and input to the Architects drawings and specification. PRA are now attending on-site inspections and reports at RIBA stage 6, ensuring that the works are in accordance with the architect’s intent and specification.

Set on the site of the former Singer sewing machine factory and now part of a complex of buildings, home to a variety of film and media businesses, this new, high quality 5 storey brick office building will provide over 34,000 sq ft of contemporary office space and a range of new amenities for its occupiers.

We look forward to the opening of this building, scheduled for later this year.
