Power Road Studio 5 – Façade Design and Consultancy

Power Road Studio 5 is situated on the site of the former Singer sewing machine factory in Chiswick, London, and is now part of a vibrant complex of buildings which are home to a variety of film, media, and lifestyle businesses.

Following an extensive redevelopment, the original 1930’s building was completed in autumn 2023 and achieved BREEAM Outstanding for its design stage. 

Working alongside our client and Architect Barr Gazetas, PRA were appointed on this project in 2017 as Façade Consultants, with input into the architect’s drawings and specification from the early stages of RIBA Stage 3.

Throughout RIBA Stage 6, PRA attended on-site inspections and produced reports, ensuring that the works were in accordance with the architect’s intent and specification.

Today, this high quality 5 storey brick office building provides over 34,000 sq ft of contemporary office space and a range of new amenities for its occupiers.
