We are delighted to be working alongside our client, Mulalley, as Façade Consultants on the major regeneration of the Kings Crescent Estate in Hackney, East London.

The development will deliver 219 mixed-tenure homes across six new and refurbished residential buildings, ranging from 6 to 11 storeys. It also includes a new community centre, flexible commercial space, and integrated public realm.

Developed in close collaboration with residents, the scheme forms a key part of Hackney Council's wider housing programme, creating high-quality homes and vibrant spaces for the community.

Appointed from RIBA Stage 4, we are assisting in the design of aluminium rainscreen systems and precast cladding elements across the buildings, while also providing wind load and structural calculations for the scheme. PRA are also supporting in the preparation for Gateway 2 BSR applications.

It's great to be contributing to another project that will help create a sustainable, thriving community.
