Pughal is an Associate Structural Engineer with over 23 years of experience in the industry. He has a broad range of engineering interests which is reflected in his experience that ranges from building to façade structures.

His expertise is material non-linearity analysis which is providing cost-effective solutions for façade framing elements. Within Patrick Ryan Associates, he is mainly involved in designing façade structures and leads the department of façade structural engineering.

When not at work, he mainly spends time with family including playing cricket with his children.
