The Forum, Gloucester - Project Update

Patrick Ryan Associates are proud to be involved in the ongoing project known as The Forum in Gloucester, a major digital and technology campus being developed as a brand-new gateway to the city.

We are continuing to assist our client, Reef Associates and Project Managers, Cube Management Services in developing façade proposals and specifications throughout RIBA Stages 3 & 4.

We have recently witnessed full scale prototype testing for weathertightness to the CWCT standard. The tests, carried out in Luxembourg, are an important part of the façade procurement process, providing assurance to the client before manufacture starts in earnest and before installation.

Our team are excited to be part of this landmark, mixed-use development featuring state of the art office space, a hotel, leisure, and retail facilities as well as cathedral view apartments and are looking forward to its’ scheduled opening in 2024.
