The Future of Façade Remediation Part III – Gateway 2 Applications – Refusals & Delays

In March 2025, our third Façade Focus networking session focussing on the Future of Façade Remediation, looked specifically at Gateway 2 Applications – Refusals and Delays, with a specific focus on HRB remediation.

We were joined by cross industry professionals where it was evident that many of us shared similar experiences, and all had a desire to improve the current situation which is hampering the progress of much needed façade remediation work.
