TRIBECA Stage 5 – Project Update

Our landmark project, TRIBECA, is progressing well at Stage 5, as we continue our work on the design of the brickwork facades for plots B & C as well as reviewing the sub-contractor’s drawings for the unitised curtain wall system.

We have also been preparing wind load and structural and thermal calculations. All of our work is with a view to meeting the low target U-values required to achieve a BREEAM outstanding rating.

We are very proud to be involved in this project alongside Reef Group, Perkins & Will,  Gardiner & Theobold and Ardmore.

TRIBECA represents a new landmark quarter at the heart of London’s BioTech cluster, featuring 1 million sq ft of high-quality workspace and state of art laboratories and is set over five mid-rise buildings that predominantly house life sciences labs, residential and retail accommodation.

This development will create a new community, where occupiers and residents can collaborate, innovate, and live in a contemporary, waterside development.
