Patrick Ryan Associates are proud to be involved in the development of a brand new, mixed-use housing and retail scheme in Walthamstow, London, providing structural engineering services to our client, Century Facades.

We are currently working on the substructure supporting the terracotta cladding, comprising aluminium horizontal and vertical profiles and brackets, fixed to the modular units of the towers. We are also developing the aluminium Juliet balustrades and their connections to the windows, the aluminium perforated panels, installed on the window frames and the window connections to the building structure.

In addition to the development of two new apartment blocks providing 495 homes, this scheme will also support the provision of new retail jobs, a new children’s play area and re-landscaped town square.

Our team are very much enjoying being involved in this project which will not only transform and diversify the use of the area but will also bolster the town’s eco-credentials by using low-carbon materials.
