Fantastic progress at TRIBECA

Fantastic progress at TRIBECA as landmark Life Sciences development takes shape
PRA’s Mavie Baghi and Kevin Lamb visited the TRIBECA development site last week, where significant progress is continuing across this transformative Life Sciences project. With multiple buildings now advancing through delivery, the scale and ambition of the development is becoming increasingly visible.
The Apex building, completed in 2025, is already establishing itself as home to a growing community of scientists, researchers, and innovators. Alongside this, The Reflector building is progressing well and is scheduled for completion in mid-2026, with The Assembly and Connector buildings set to follow in 2027.
PRA has been proud to support the project as Façade Consultants throughout RIBA Stages 3 and 4, working closely alongside Reef + Partners, Perkins&Will, Gardiner & Theobald LLP and the wider consultant team. More recently, our involvement has continued on-site during RIBA Stage 5, where we are regularly reviewing key aspects of the façade installation with the delivery team.
TRIBECA is a fantastic example of PRA’s ability to support complex developments from the earliest design stages through to construction and completion. Once complete, the scheme will deliver over 1 million sq. ft of world-class Life Sciences workspace, including state-of-the-art laboratories, residential accommodation, and vibrant retail spaces, creating a dynamic new destination for innovation and collaboration.
