New Integrated Solutions for Façade Fire Safety & Recladding

PRA are pleased to announce we can now offer our clients an integrated solution for Façade Fire Safety & Recladding including Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW) and Façade Fire Engineering via our accredited Fire Safety professional.  

Fire engineering and façade design have always been closely related, but these disciplines have traditionally been provided by separate consultants. Our comprehensive service now covers all fire related elements of the building façade, provided by a team of highly experienced façade designers, engineers, fire safety specialists, building physics practitioners and structural engineers who are committed to providing competence based, compliant and innovative fire safety design, engineering, and assessment.

PRA have been working on HRBs for the past 27 years and our experience is unparalleled, especially in fire recladding schemes. We have now acted as the lead façade designers on over 100 HRBs across more than 45 projects. 

Our experienced team are currently working with developers, contractors, and architects to devise the fire safety strategy and incorporate this into the design, developing the façade elements of many new build and remediation projects, including HRBs. 

The addition of FRAEW reports and Fire Engineering means we are now available to our clients as a single point of contact for façade fire safety related requirements.
