PRA supports £27m Fitzrovia office redevelopment
PRA is supporting the £27 million refurbishment of 68–71 Newman Street in Fitzrovia, helping transform two outdated office buildings into a high-quality, ESG-led workplace.
Working with client Galliford Try, alongside V7 and Barr Gazetas, PRA is providing specialist façade consultancy from RIBA Stages 4 and 5. Our team is reviewing façade construction details, assessing thermal performance, advising on materials, and supporting the delivery of a compliant, high-performing building envelope.
The redevelopment will deliver seven floors of Category A office space, alongside new terraces, a rooftop amenity, an enhanced reception, and improved cycle facilities. PRA looks forward to continuing its collaboration with the project team as the transformation progresses.
